Driving while Talking

Being in India just one week I get the impression that mobile minutes used in India must be enormous! They must out do us Americans 2 to 1 easy. Almost everyone is talking on a mobile phone, all the time. There is no shortage of places to purchase a mobile phone - carrier shops as well as the advertisements for mobile phones line the road. Also there are a large number of Nokia shops, something i’ve not seen here in the states - Nokia is definitely the brand of choice.
